Do you ever feel like your body is carrying a "suit of armor" from daily stress? Or perhaps you feel stiff, disconnected, or in chronic discomfort?
Join us at the TAO KESKUS in the heart of the Rotermanni Quarter for a unique self-healing practice. This is not a typical fitness class. It is an exploratory journey back to the 5 basic stages of human development—the very movements we all mastered as infants (from rolling to walking).

#### What is this session about?

This practice is a multifaceted restoration process. It combines the depth of myofascial release, the gentleness of restorative movement, and the precision of somatic practice. We utilize our innate self-regulation system to "unlock" stagnant tissues and address chronic pain or functional restrictions.

#### How we practice:

  • Your Rhythm: You follow your own internal pace. You may spend the entire class in minimal movement or even simply lying down if that is what your body needs today.
  • Adaptability: Every movement is kindly tailored to your current state. You learn to listen to your body’s impulses and release personal blocks in the moment.

#### The Five Stages of Growth:

  1. Pulsation: Finding support and releasing deep spinal tension.
  2. Homolateral Movement: Balancing the right and left sides of the body.
  3. Cross-lateral Connections: Synchronizing brain, muscles, and fascia to erase the effects of stress.
  4. Squatting: Opening the hips and finding a solid foundation.
  5. Walking: Integrating freedom and ease into your everyday gait.

  • Time: 11:00 AM (Please arrive by 10:45 to settle in).
  • Fee: 12€
  • Preparation: No prior experience or special fitness level required. Just bring comfortable clothes that allow you to move and slide on the floor.
