"Flow and Freedom From the Basic Movements" is a grounded, somatic movement practice focused on the body's fundamental mechanics. This practice creates a space where your body can naturally unlock its own capacity for self-healing. This process unfolds at your body's natural pace. We focus on flow and freedom, creating a safe, unforced space where your body can guide its own recovery.
In this session, we will explore floor play through the basic movements our bodies used to develop their structure in early childhood. By moving slowly and mindfully in this way, we rebuild our sense of stability and support from the ground up, allowing the physical structure to release chronic tension and find a more natural, effortless flow in everyday life.
Practical Details:

  • Price: 12 euros.
  • Entry Code (Important): You will need a code to enter the building. You will receive the entry code upon registration/RSVP.
  • Arrival: The class starts exactly at 19:00. Please arrive 15 minutes early (at 18:45) to give yourself plenty of time to change clothes, find your spot, and settle in without rushing.
  • Finding the room: The studio is located on the second floor (upper class).
  • What to wear: Bring comfortable, warm clothing (to change into) that allows you to move easily on the floor. There is a changing room available at the studio.
  • What to bring: Just yourself and a water bottle.
