Join us for the first gathering of the Niagara Meditation Circle.

For our first session, we will be doing a guided meditation focused on becoming aware of and gently releasing limiting thoughts, stress, and unhelpful mental patterns that can weigh us down in everyday life.

For our first session, we will be doing a guided meditation focused on becoming aware of and gently releasing limiting thoughts, stress, and unhelpful mental patterns that can weigh us down in everyday life.

The session will include:
• brief introductions
• a short discussion about meditation and mindfulness
• a guided meditation session
• quiet reflection time
• optional discussion afterward for those who wish to share experiences or connect with others

No previous meditation experience is necessary. This is a non-denominational and inclusive group open to anyone interested in meditation, relaxation, mindfulness, or personal well-being.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Chairs will be available, and participants are also welcome to bring a meditation cushion if they prefer.

The goal of Niagara Meditation Circle is creating a peaceful and supportive environment where people can pause from the stress of everyday life and practice meditation together.
