Join us for another gathering of the Niagara Meditation Circle as we explore the practice of becoming more present through stillness.

In our busy lives, moments of quiet are often difficult to find. This guided meditation invites us to slow down, settle the mind, and cultivate a greater awareness of the present moment. Rather than striving to achieve anything, we will simply practice being still and observing whatever arises with openness and curiosity.

The session will include:

  • A brief introduction to the theme
  • A guided meditation: Awakening Through Stillness
  • Time for quiet reflection
  • Optional discussion and sharing afterward

Whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice, you are warmly welcome. Our gatherings are non-denominational, beginner-friendly, and intended to provide a relaxed and supportive environment where people can explore meditation together.
