We will start our Sunday morning with a yoga session on a platform extending into the sea, breathing in the fresh sea air and embracing the soothing rhythm of the waves.
Afterward, we’ll embark on a scenic coastal hike, surrounded by the refreshing scents of seaside nature and the first signs of spring.
I invite you to a unique mindfulness practice that will not only awaken your senses, fill your body with energy, and bring harmony to your soul but also allow you to merge with nature, establish a deep connection with yourself, and discover your true sensations.
This is more than just yoga or a simple walk by the sea – it is the art of living in the present moment, a method tested over millennia and adapted to modern realities!
