Yoga & Apéro at beach area west of La Vela

Who: Yoga & Meditation taught in English by Billy Potočnik, but ALL are welcome! Billy has 20 years of teaching yoga, meditation, breathwork, and leading yoga retreats around the world with his wife.

What: Monday Slow Stretching & Circular Centering and Meditation with Billy.
Where: Beach west of La Vela Beach Club - on beach OR on the rock outcroppings (the surface is flat and perfect for yoga) if it's available.
From (tram 2) stop Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen walk to the Promenade.
Meeting Place: On the beach or at the first rock outcropping overlooking the water.
When: Thursday 18h30 - 19h45 (Please, do your best to arrive a little early, but SHOW UP regardless!)
Why: Because it's fun and we all need health, fitness, and community!
How: €10 paid in person.
Useful Information: BRING A YOGA MAT. 😀 Bring apero to share for aprés-yoga down on the beach with everyone. Bring your suit if you want to swim! We gather and hang out together and celebrate life in the South of France.
Requirements: A positive and open attitude. We are all part of creating a warm, friendly, and open community holding space for ourselves and each other.
