Nichiren Shu Buddhist Sangha of Chicago is continuing our Monthly Community Shodaigyo Meditation series on Tuesday, April 28th at @movementonmontrose ! Recenter and regroup with this Nichiren Shu Buddhist technique.

Shodaigyo is a meditation technique that alternates periods of silent meditation with chanting mantra. The mantra we chant is the Odaimoku (Namu myoho renge kyo).

Doors open at 7pm, when we will have introductions and explain the techniques. The meditation session will begin at 7:15pm. Free, informational zines will be distributed.

Beginners are welcome. Bring your favorite floor cushion if you have one!
