Welcome to the first Run&Beer social training run.
-When:Thursday,October 30, meet at 17:00 PM we start the run at 17:15 PM
-Where:Cafe Dasaki at Athalassa park,exactly I will be standing waiting for you right where you place your order.Start and finish at the same spot.
-Pace:5:30-6:00 min/km
-Distance:10 km
-Group size:max 10 runners

What`s special:
-We will run a steady 10km through the park at pace of 5:30-6:00 min/km pace- a comfortable training effort where we can chat,pace each other,and build a new run community.
-Mostly paved route with gentle uphils & downhils and a short section on a dirt trail.
-Not a fun run-serious training with a friendly vibe.
-Once everyone arrives,we`ll head out together for the run and finish back at the same spot for our post-run beer.

Who should join:
-Runners comfortable maintaining 5:30-6:00 min/km pace
-People who want a social training run rather than a casual fun run.
-Anyone who enjoys fininshing a good run with a beer and conversation.

What to bring:
-Water
-Comfortable running gear
-Extra clothes to change into after the run and enjoy your beer
-Good vibes
-Beer money :)
