I love playing and connecting with Italian culture. I aim to move to Italy by January 1st, 2025, and to reach a C1 level of fluency in the Italian language by then :)
Ways I love to play with Italian language and culture are:
Listening to Italian music each day (I love musicians like Mina)
Cooking with cookbooks in the Italian language (like Vegetale insieme)
Playing video games in Italian (I'm currently playing Spiritfarer in Italian)
Pushing my Italian skills each day in an Italian language exercise book
Making poetry in Italian
Watching movies in Italian (like 18 Regali)
and more :)
I'd love to practice speaking Italian with others who enjoy Italian language and culture :) When I'm open to it, I'll invite people to join I in fun Italian related activities I'm doing. At each event, I aim to have a structured and flowing activity that I enjoy, and others can join in on if they'd like, such as making poetry in Italian and sharing Italian poetry with each other. Also, I set a theme at each event to give each event basic direction and flow, and a time limit to create distinct beginning and closure.
