7:15 pm - Moonrise (100% full)
7:25 pm - Civil Twilight ends

Parking available at Marine Corps War Memorial in Arlington.
Street parking on Meade, Nash, and 12th. Closest metro stop is Rosslyn.

Netherlands Carillion is just south of the Marine Corps Memorial. Take the walking path past the row of port-a-potties. You should see a bunch of other photographers setting up.
