We Dance, Play Wallyball, socialize and more. You will find us inside, outside, home gatherings, studio times, club times, cards, game nights, TED Talk movie gatherings and sharing an active lifestyle which also include daytime dancing and yoga day and night to support the wallyball and other outdoor activities we will be participating in.
It is about meeting people and growing together.
TC Nightlife started with only 1 person that did not always want to go out dancing by themselves. What an awesome journey this has been and continues to be. Join us in Shifting to a happy, healthy journey through life together.

Tammy Shaw-Sykes is a pain relief and postural alignment specialist and avid dancer. She combines yoga, belly dance and latin dance to improve alignment, balance and core movement through dance.
