Always wanted to try Korean? This live class on Zoom is your first hour: greetings, introducing yourself, numbers to ten and ordering at a café, with a teacher and a small group.

In the hour, you'll learn to:

• Count from 1 to 10 for prices and phone numbers
• Greet people and say goodbye politely
• Order a drink, ask how much it is and pay
• Ask people to slow down or repeat when you get lost

Every word comes with romanization, so you don't need to read Hangul yet.

You repeat together with the whole class (nobody is singled out), then practise in small breakout rooms of 2 or 3. Afterwards your phrase sheet with a pronunciation guide stays in your account.

At most 12 people. Camera optional, nothing recorded, so feel free to get things wrong.
