Yeah we definitely welcome volunteers and folks who want to take on a little more responsibility if they're feeling inspired There's no pressure but if you've got ideas for events or just want to help make sure things run smoothly at meetups we've got space for that Your energy and input can really help shape what this community becomes and honestly it's a great way to get more involved and meet people on a deeper level
We're all about keeping things respectful and inclusive here That means everyone gets treated with kindness and dignity no matter who they are or where they're from We set the tone early in our events by encouraging open mindedness and real listening If something comes up we address it gently but seriously because everyone should feel safe and valued when they show up
