Summer Picnic/Pool party & new member meet & greet

THIS IS A STAND ALONE EVENT. If there is inclement weather, we will simply cancel.

We will be meeting at 10A at Veterans Park to jump in their pool and enjoy the surrounding park. We will grill around 11. This is the perfect event for new members to come and meet us and each other.

Since there are no rainchecks or refunds, I will not reserve a pavilion, so I will try to arrive early and secure the spot across from the playground and pool parking lot. If not, I will try for the area adjacent to the playground.

If you already haven't, please join our Discord to pick from the list of things to bring (when posted). We will need things like coolers, ice, hot dogs, condiments, etc.

Some random things you could bring to the picnic; card games (I have Uno) and board games.

Some personal things you SHOULD bring: $ for the pool, sunblock, a hat, shades, picnic blanket/chair, bug repellant, allergy medication, swim suit, towel, toiletries (to shower after the pool/park), a change of clothes.
