"Prepping for the lean times" -- Investment climate is predictably cyclical. You cycle between feast and famine. Entrepreneurs need to recognize the cycle we are in to ensure that they still can get a fair hearing and even some success. What to watch for during a down cycle we are in now. What was hot yesterday becomes downright chilly in a minute. What macro economic forces we have to be cognizant to be effective in attracting capital. Having gone through several such cycles in my 20+ years as an entrepreneur, I will provide my take on it.
