The German Short Row and a Practice Project Scarf - Or whatever you want to do.
Details
This is a lovely get together to knit or crochet together whatever you are working on now.
For those of who would like to learn to use German Short Rows, often used in many patterns to help with neck shaping in sweaters and other purposes, it is a good technique to become comfortable with. It is not difficult and I would be happy to show you how to use it.
I highly recommend making the scarf that is being highlighted this week. It uses the Short Row in almost every row and you are bound to never forget it after making this scarf. The scarf is nifty looking as well.
I’ll bring the pattern. You will need size 7 needles with two contrasting colors of Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash Wave or other yarn and needles that you would like to use. As usual, I will bring yarn and needles in case anyone would like.
Hope to see you there.
Interesting to note -
