I made this in a pink and orange yarn that I wear when it is cold out which is most days lately. I LOVE how soft and warm it is. I made the hood part a little smaller than the pattern says to and in this next one I make, I’m going to make it smaller. I don’t want the cold air getting in through the sides if you know what I mean.
It knits up quickly and I do not recall it being too much of a challenge to make. I’ll bring yarn and needles but if you prefer to bring your own, that is ok. Figure two Baah Mammoth or Malabrigo Rasta’s. The pattern says a 16” size 15 but I use a 13. It’s up to you.
