“ please join us for a 20-30 min fall winter yoga session with your little ones. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a small blanket if you need any knee protection. Also maybe a good idea to bring a small blanket for your little one to sit on. We will have a few extra mats. Also feel free to bring a carrier if you would like to hold your little on back but we will incorporate them into the practice with or without it!

Following the yoga, we can do an informal clothing swap so bring any clothes or other similar items you would like to swap or give away to other parents!
