THE LATIN SOCIAL at American Dream, hosted by NJ Salsa, returns on Sat, July 12th!
WHAT TO EXPECT
THE LATIN SOCIAL at American Dream, is the largest Latin music & dance social in New Jersey, hosted monthly by NJ Salsa!
8pm - Doors Open .... Check in and get settled! The bar opens so feel free to grab a drink before the lesson 🍸
8:15pm - Salsa Lesson Begins .... Want to meet new people that are friendly, and who are ready to mingle and dance?! We love creating that kind of experience, and we make it easy to connect through our dance lessons 💃🏼🕺🏽✨ This month, Melanie Torres & Gabriel Perez, Directors of Dance On2 Studio, located in Fair Lawn, will be instructing our dance lesson!
8:45pm - DJs start playing & people start dancing .... we curate a culture around friendliness, respect, and fun. Feel free to walk up to someone with a smile on your face and politely ask them to dance 💃🏻🕺🏻💃🏾
About mid way into our social we'll bring out some dance teams who are excited to share their performing art with us!
You'll also see some other surprises...maybe some live percussionists 🪘, maybe a robot 🤖, and if you see some real-life fairies 🧚🏼♀️ walking around with stilts and dancing with the crowd, feel free to dance along ... and don't forget to take some pics & videos to send to your friends!
We'll be partying till 2:30am so pace yourself and enjoy the night!

MUSIC
We're bringing out two of our favorite deejays: DJ JRS & DJ Yogi! They'll be playing Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and Latin Top 40! The soundtrack for this event is in good hands!

SQUAD PASS
For the first time, we're offering a 'Squad Pass'! The Squad Pass will give you entrance for a total of 5 people, at a discounted rate, and we'll guarantee a table for your squad! We have limited Squad Passes so pick one up while they last 🔥
SEATING
We have seating on a first-come basis.
BIRTHDAYS
We celebrate birthdays! If you'd like to celebrate your birthday with us, reach out through email at TheNJSalsa@gmail.com or through DM @NJSalsa! We offer free entrance for anyone who has a birthday between July 1-19th! We can also arrange seating for you and your people with at least two days' notice, have the DJs give you shout-outs, and make arrangements if you'd like to bring your own cake!
TICKET PRICE
Advance tickets are $20 plus Eventbrite fees. Tickets prices at the door will be $30.
LOCATION & PARKING
THE LATIN SOCIAL at American Dream takes place at Dream Bar located on the 2nd Floor of Court A.
The closest parking lot is Lot A, 2nd Level. The cost of parking is $5.
