This Sunday, May 11th at 2 PM, we’re turning the spotlight on all moms — whether you’re raising kids, pets, or plants — for a special Mother’s Day Empowerment Class at Club Pilates Hackensack!

Skip the usual flowers and brunch this year and treat yourself (or a mom you love!) to an uplifting Pilates experience designed to honor your strength, spirit, and self-care. Expect a joyful workout, champagne, sweet treats, community vibes, and the chance to connect with other incredible women doing it all.
