Walking and Talking - Laurence Harbour

Ok who's up for a morning stroll every other Saturday morning along the waterfront in Laurence Harbor and then optional brunch at Ocean Bay Diner (https://www.facebook.com/Ocean-Bay-Diner-292070224276808/)after?

I will be at the picnic table under the big america flag (to the left of the parking lot) at the waterfront. The address I have given to you is for the deli on rt 35, the park is directly behind there. Please arrange to arrive a bit early as I will start the walk promptly. This walk is for ALL fitness levels, those who are faster or slower just naturally end up together. I plan to walk for 1hr and then be at the diner by 10:30 am for those of you who wish to join us only for brunch. Please mention in your RSVP if you are walking-eating-or both as I will try to call ahead and have a table for us. As with all eating events bring CASH for what you order and 25% for tax and tip.

Well behaved pets and children are welcome. Dress appropriate to the weather. This is all flat on the boards walking. Check in before heading out for the weather update.
