About us
This group has been helping Accredited individuals and groups invest in real estate for over 10 years. With a focus on helping both happy and frustrated "investors" gain access to private real estate opportunities. Not all attendees are able to invest and all investments require a screening and approval process.
We host consistent monthly and/or quarterly educational events including in person networking events and walkthroughs of existing properties throughout northern NJ.
The SEC defines an accredited investor as either: an individual with gross income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse or partner exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
