Our monthly NJ LUG Tech MeetUp....

Tory Skyers will be Presenting Solaris 11 as a home NAS/SAN device. He'll be covering some of the technologies inside it and what he plans to do with it. Some specifics are ISCSI, Bonding Ethernet interfaces, Fiber Channel, ZFS pools, and the use of SSD's in the device.

Though we're primarily a Linux group, all operating systems are welcome (even that Wimpdows one) as our members have Macs, iPads, iPhones, and SmartPhones as well as Linux Desktops/Laptops - so we're a great Q & A resource..

Converge NJ (http://ConvergeNJ.com) is a nice café-like community/collaboration space that entrepreneurs and small businesses can use to run their own business from weekdays or weekends(by request) for very low fees.
When you come to our MeetUp, if interested, we'll give you the 10cent tour.

They give us access to conference rooms, coffee, large screens and their WiFi all for no charge - plus it's free 'security patrolled' parking..
