ADK NJR Summer Picnic & Hike Celebration! Celebrate hiking, community, and summer with the Adirondack Mountain Club North Jersey–Ramapo Chapter!

Join us for a morning hike and afternoon picnic at the beautiful Silvermine Picnic Area in Harriman State Park. We will offer multiple morning hike options to accommodate different paces and distances, all returning near Silvermine. Afterward, we’ll gather for a relaxed group picnic to enjoy good food, great company, and Harriman’s summer vibes. Location: Silvermine Picnic Area, Harriman State Park, NY Picnic Time: 2:00 PM (earlier if you are joining a hike) Parking: $6 per vehicle after 8:00 a.m. (free before 8:00 a.m.) We will provide: Water Chips & pretzels Fruit Cookies & granola bars. Sandwiches. Participants are welcome to bring salads, finger foods, or desserts (optional). We look forward to celebrating summer together!
