This is a shuttle hike. Meet at 9:30 AM at the parking area off Rt 6 Long Mountain Rd. Turkey Hill parking( GPS 41.316512, -74.051035). We will drive from there to a parking area along Rt 6 near Barnes lake for a start on a woods road along Barnes Lake to connect with the Long Path.
We will take the Long Path over Barnes Mountain and Howell Mountain to the top of the Torrey Memorial. The hike will end at the initial Long Mountain parking area off Rt 6. TC Northern Harriman-Bear Mountain Trails Map 119.
