9:00 AM at Kakiat parking lot on Rt 202 in Montebello, NY (GPS 41.14579, -74.112855). We will hike to Pine Meadow Lake on the Mountain, Kakiat, Raccoon Brooks, and Egg Trails. We return on the Pine Meadow, Conklin Crossing, S-BM, and Kakiat Trails. This 7.5-mile hike has an elevation gain of about 1700 feet. TC Southern Harriman-Bear Mountain Trails Map 118. Be prepared for your hike by bringing a personal first aid kit, enough water, and food/snacks. Please wear hiking shoes. Hiking poles are highly recommended. Severe inclement weather cancels.
