Bear to West Mountain Hike

We will start at 8:45 AM at the north parking lot of the Anthony Wayne Recreation Area (trailhead coordinates 41.29768, -74.02693) for a prompt beginning. Our route will follow the Appalachian Trail (AT), Fawn Trail, AT, Timp–Torne Trail, Orange Trail, and Ramapo–Dunderberg Trail, offering expansive panoramic views along the way. This is a moderate hike. Map: New York–New Jersey Trail Conference, Northern Harriman–Bear Mountain Trails Map 119. Please bring lunch and water.
