The Ladybug workshop: Find suitable websites

Details

In this workshop we will classify what kind of websites there are (e.g blog, webshops, informative website etc) and figure out what websites are suitable to test with the ladybug. Well how will we decide if it is suitable you ask?

Well, on Tuesday, March 19th, we had a workshop at the Dutch Police as well for the Ladybug: we did an Expert Review on our intranet. The results were that we have 5 main area's where we find problems:

  1. Understandable
  2. Consistancy and standards
  3. Number of elements on a page (Aesthetics)
  4. Reliability
  5. User control & recovering from errors

The first three we decided are possible to automate or check with AI. The last two are less easy to automate.

It would be nice if we could do expert reviews on different type of website and see if we find problems in he same areas or different areas. And for each area we can determine if it is possible to automate or not.

I am looking forward to see you (virtually) at the meetup!
