Welcome to "Learn to Meditate and Calm your Mind." Online Class on Zoom In these turbulent times, now more than ever, it is essential that we are able to calm and control our mind. This introductory meditation class is offered every Monday evening from 7-8pm. All are welcome! Class is offered Free of Charge. Join us for Weekday Morning Meditation in an online format. Start the new day with community meditation over Zoom on Mondays and Fridays, from 8-9am, followed by 30 minutes-ish of contemplative discussion. Practice will start with morning chants (shared on the Zoom screen) followed by silent meditation. Participants are welcome to join and leave the practice whenever their schedules permit.
