Procrastination Playbook Foundational Workshop (online)

I've arranged an excellent free workshop on procrastination, with a guest presenter who has really impressed me.

If you've been struggling with procrastination for a long time, OR you've been recently struggling because of lockdown, you'll want to read this.

Many of you know that I've been a procrastination coach for years, working with many clients to help them overcome their blockages and focus on their goals. In that time I've looked at so many books, courses, and videos teaching how to overcome procrastination. It's safe to say I didn't expect to find a whole lot that's new to me.

That is until my friend Matt Goldenberg shared with me the new workshop he's been running.

Matt has spent years taking the idea of Overcoming Procrastination from an art to a science, creating a step-by-step, detailed process for overcoming procrastination – and he's taken all different kinds of people through the process to ensure that it works.

I can honestly say that I've never run into a more effective and usable toolset for overcoming procrastination.

Anyways...

I talked to Matt, and after a bit of discussion, he agreed to run his entire foundational workshop, for my meetup groups, for free.

This is a little embarrassing... I actually entered the date wrong here. Matt has already done the live workshop, but he's got a recording that turned out well. (He's doing another live one for an American group, but that's 2 am our time, so I recommend the recording!)
