We agree that our habits either propel us towards success or limit us. If we are unaware, we can just keep getting the same results and ultimately remain in our status quo. Many of us want to change or create new habits which will improve our lives and yet somehow we are not able to install these empowering habits.
If we believe we are what we repeatedly do, and all we do are healthy, helpful and positive habits, then WHO might we be? What might we achieve and how much closer might we be to obtaining our goals?
