Randolph Maker Fest (FREE)
Get hands on and fly a drone! (Ages 8 and up). See and learn about the latest in drone technology for photography, cinematography, search/rescue, mapping/surveying, engineering, and inspection. You're also welcome to stop by and say hello and ask questions about drones. We can provide advice on how to get started in the hobby and racing, explain the FAA requirements/guidelines, drone capabilities, usages, technology/specifications, precautions/responsible usage, privacy, etc. Find out more about how you can participate in FPV drone racing in Vermont. We'll also be organizing an indoor Tiny Whoop Race. Racers must also register here: If you're not familiar, A Maker Fest brings together families and individuals to celebrate the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) mindset and showcase all kinds of incredible projects. At this Maker Fest, you’ll find arts and crafts, science and engineering, but what makes this event special is that all these interesting projects and smart, creative people belong together. They are actively and openly creating a maker culture. This is a fun event for All Ages! Please RSVP and join us at this FREE Fest!

What we're about

The Northern New England Drone User Group (NNEDUG) is an organization for amateur and professional drone users that seeks to promote the responsible use of drones for community service, artistic, entrepreneurial, and recreational purposes. All experience levels are welcome.

We get together as a community to share tips, experiences, and of course to do some flying. Learn how to build and use drones in a safe and respectful manner. We regularly hold events to educate the public about the positive role drones can play in our society. Most importantly, we think that drones are a lot of fun!

NNEDUG is a member of the Drone User Group Network (, an association of community organizations that promote the use of civilian drone technology for the benefit of humanity.

About RSVPs:

When you RSVP "Yes" to an event please follow through with your commitment to attend. If you can't make it, please change your RSVP to "No" at least 48 hours prior to the event. "No Shows" hurt the trustworthiness of the group and can disrupt our plans. If it's a limited attendance event, it could also prevent other Members that can attend from RSVPing "Yes" or not correctly move members on the waitlist to attending! We understand if emergencies and last minute situations happen, but please be diligent of your RSVP status. Thank you!
