Events won't necessarily be hosted by me, but I'd like to promote as many events as possible to create a community of like-minded individuals! All events will surround the theme of becoming better humans, raising vibrations, and manifesting our best selves. Including but not limited to: exercise, meditation, community service, creativity, entrepreneurship, etc.

During the sound bath, you’ll be immersed in the tones of crystal bowls and other instruments, which create frequencies that help quiet the mind and restore balance in the body. All you need to do is get comfortable, close your eyes, and let the sound carry you. This is your space to rest, to reset, and to reconnect with yourself
