Small group Sound Bath and Meditation hosted by Vault Fitness in Cedar Grove. During the sound bath, you’ll be immersed in the tones of crystal bowls and other instruments, which create frequencies that help quiet the mind and restore balance in the body. All you need to do is get comfortable, close your eyes, and let the sound carry you. This is your space to rest, to reset, and to reconnect with yourself

* This location is a private residence, address sent after sign up * Wear comfy clothes
* Bring a blanket and pillow
* Location is handicap accessible
* Enter through double doors to garage
*Park anywhere on the street/side street
*Please arrive 10 minutes before class to set up your spot and not to disturb others once the session is started.
