Hoboken Tech Meetup tonight - speaker better than Colin Powell

The Hoboken Tech Meetup 7 is tonight at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken. The speakers, Gary Whitehill and Gary Tuerack, are designed to leave you motivated and inspired for 2011. Since Gary Tuerack is not a typical "tech" speaker, here is a little about him.

Gary Tuerack has addressed audiences all over the world. He was nominated by The National Association of Campus Activities, beating out people like Colin Powell as the Best Lecturer of the Year. He was named Outstanding Speaker of the 20th Century by the International Biographical Center, Cambridge, England. He is the winner of the APCA Best Lecturer of the Year award.

Gary is the founder of The National Society of Leadership and Success, an international leadership training company with 227 college chapters and over 100,000 student members. He has had made numerous appearances on national television and radio shows. The American Seminar Leaders Association calls Gary "One of the world's most respected authorities and trainers on personal development." Some universities asking Gary to speak include Harvard University, Cornell University, Boston University, MIT and Tufts. Over the past few years, Gary has interviewed and worked with some of the most successful people in America – everyone from Presidents of Countries to Professional Sports Teams, discovering their strategies for success. He’ll be sharing their secrets and insights.
