What we’re about

This is a men's group.

A personal development group for men interested in growing beyond their limitations and conditioning, and becoming the man they were born to be - happy, confident, accomplished and free.

If your journey is to become a better version of yourself, to overcome flawed paradigms (e.g. The Nice Guy) and negative habits, to become better

  • at relationships,
  • at sex and intimacy,
  • taking on and achieving bigger and more fulfilling goals in life,
  • improving work, career or business opportunities,
  • or even at transcending your ego patterns to find deeper meaning and purpose...

then this is the group for you.

Organisers and facilitators of this group are coaches with a decades-long passion for personal development, and who have worked on themselves and studied with each other, other groups, and directly from Dr Robert Glover, David Dieda, and many other wise men.

Our meetings, coaching, workshops and events have been developed and implemented since 2016, and are proven as a premium antidote to the Nice Guy conditioning but also go way beyond.

We offer proven strategies for personal growth, improving mental health, creating wealth, wellbeing, and relationships with real connection and intimacy.  We also offer motivation that can be found in a life purpose or from a vision of a life you might create for yourself.

We host regular online and in person men’s group meetings, workshops and retreats.
We also offer one to one coaching for men interested in accelerating their growth journey in private sessions.

As a starting point, you are encouraged to be active in this group and join our regular meetings online. These will give you a taste of what to expect from us, other like-minded men to connect with, and an opportunity to attend weekend workshops and retreats to further your personal development.

The approach here to personal growth is one that encourages members to get interested in why you may have certain habits such as:

  • Avoiding any sort of conflict at all costs
  • Getting emotionally triggered by other people, especially people you have a relationship with
  • Seeking validation or approval of other people
  • Difficulty expressing one’s own needs and deferring to the needs of others above one’s own
  • Dishonesty - hiding mistakes or not showing oneself as one is
  • Fearing success
  • Acting out addictions, like porn

These are common patterns that men seem to suffer with as if there is a deep-rooted belief that you are not good enough to be the person you would like to be.

And it is our belief patterns that seem to keep us stuck in recurring dysfunction, codependency, frustration, anger, sadness, aloneness and dissatisfaction. While it's ultimately fulfilment or happiness that we all seem to want at the end of the day.

This is what we work on here and help men to realise in this group.

Through conversation, contemplation and discussion in the group events, men get to see their lives and behaviour patterns from new perspectives, enabling them to see their inner truth and dissolve the dysfunctional aspects of their persona and its modus operandi, resulting in transformational changes in their lives and a growing recognition and experience of the fulfilment and happiness that is the essence of your true nature.

And from there anything is possible.

It really is possible to live the life you really want.
We also offer motivation that can be found in a life purpose or from a vision of a life you might create for yourself.

We host regular online and in person men’s group meetings, workshops and retreats. Also, one to one coaching for men interested in accelerating their growth journey in private sessions.
