What we’re about

Hello!
We are a group of men who want to start taking control of ourselves and our lives. We strive to:
• Accept ourselves just as we are
• Set and respect our boundaries
• Stop seeking the approval of others
• Learn to express our feelings and emotions
• Create the kind of intimate relationships we really desire
• Embrace our masculinity and have meaningful relationships with other men
• Live up to our potential and become truly creative and productive
• Live with total integrity and authenticity

If these are things you want in your life, please join us! We are always open to new members.

Our meetings
We meet every Wednesday, from 7 pm (arrive by 6:55 pm) to 9 pm on the Zoom platform.
New members are welcome to attend 3 consecutive meetings before they decide to join the group. The benefit of attending meetings is to share your issues and to learn from others.

The cost of hosting the MeetUp platform and to pay for our zoom platform is jointly shared between all members of the group, irrespective of whether you can attend a specific evening or not (currently $30 per year).

History
The group is inspired by Dr. Robert Glover’s book and follows the same principles and format of other existing NMMNG groups around the world.

We use the activities from the book as well as current men's issues to guide our weekly discussions.

We launched in Toronto in March of 2016 and since then our group has grown from a few to over 300 members with new members joining every month.

The group welcomes adult men, regardless of their background, age, sexual orientation, religion, race, and beliefs.

Our meetings provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where members can relate to other men in an open and honest manner, build friendships, share their experiences, and work together toward personal growth and self-awareness to overcome life’s challenges.

How to join
Please register with this meetup to express your interest and RSVP to our meeting. Note, that in order to join, you must have read the "No more Mr. Nice Guy Book".
Hope to see you soon!
