What we’re about

A low-pressure group for open walks and, if we feel like it, sharing about overcoming fear and any psychological challenges we might face.

We meet for simple activities like walks along the Rhine, casual ping-pong outside, and whatever we feel like doing.

I can be anxious socially and that's a challenge to me and I figured one of the first step to heal is to share that with others.

Everyone is welcomed, just don't small talk haha
