Join us at Explora for our annual sell-out event, Science of Wine! This event for our 21+ crowd is bringing back favorites, including Sheehan Winery, Vara Winery & Distillery, and Jaramillo Vineyards, and more! Learn about the science that goes into winemaking with our exclusive speaker series and interactive activities. Food will be available onsite from Three Sisters Kitchen Cafe and more.
The VIP Experience
Perfect for oenophilic connoisseurs, VIP guests will enjoy an Exclusive VIP gift as well as access to the event 1 hour early, providing full access to all wineries and exhibit activities before other patrons! At 7 pm, enter our VIP room, which includes access to Reserve and special wines from each participating winery and catered Charcuterie and Appetizers.
