Building Effective AI Agents: Workflows Are the Good Part

An LLM demo is easy to love. A product that works again tomorrow, for a different customer, without costing a fortune? That’s the good stuff. Workflows are how you get there. We’ll walk through five common workflow patterns and how they make agents more reliable and affordable. This is why Jeb is getting so much attention right now.
We’ll also talk about funnels: how to think about LLM workloads as a progression from open-ended exploration to predictable execution. Throw an LLM at a fuzzy problem, turn the repeatable parts into a workflow, and eventually move the well-understood parts into code.
