What we’re about
Welcome to the Northern Colorado AWS Meetup. We meet once a month at Wolverine Farm Publick House in north Fort Collins.
This is a group for anyone interested in learning more about the powerful features and services available with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This will be a great chance to meet up with other users, architects, etc. to learn (and teach!). Whether you're passionate about cloud computing or just curious, this is the place to scratch that itch.
We sometimes chat in the Northern Colorado Tech Meetups Slack group.
Whether you're new to AWS or a long time user, you're welcome to come out, learn some new things and socialize with other AWS enthusiasts and professionals.

Using AI to create powerful autonomous process on AWS
AI is a buzzword. But when it comes to real-world implementation, especially on AWS, things get murky. In this talk, Tim Kleier (upgradesolutions.io) and Devin Fitzsimons (https://github.com/aisflat439) demystify how to build autonomous systems using LLMs, agent-to-agent communication, and MCP—all deployed with SST.dev on AWS. You’ll walk away with practical code examples, philosophical insights, and a clear blueprint to harness AI for building scalable, autonomous processes in the cloud.
