About This Event
Join us for the culmination of Build School Cohort 4 as non-technical founders publicly demo the working applications they built from scratch - and then pull back the curtain on exactly how they did it.
Here's what makes this cohort special: every single participant started with zero coding experience. No computer science background. No engineering training. Just ideas, determination, and a willingness to figure it out.
And yet, tonight they're launching live products. Including iOS apps. And for the first time, we're not just talking about building apps - we're talking about what happens after you ship.

What's Different About Cohort 4
Build School Cohort 4 is our biggest and most ambitious cohort yet - nine participants, our first remote builder, and a new dimension to the program we didn't anticipate when we started: what it looks like to not just build your product, but to operate it with AI.
More Builders, More Momentum
Nine people with zero coding background shipped working applications in 30 days. More perspectives, more peer learning, and more proof that this is a repeatable, teachable process.
Our First Remote Participant
Cohort 4 crossed a threshold: our first fully remote builder joined from outside Lisbon and shipped alongside the in-person cohort. The process works wherever you are.
iOS Apps
Several participants went beyond web apps and built for iOS. Native mobile applications. From non-technical founders. In a month.
Double-Shipping
Many participants completed their first app and started a second within the same cohort window. When the process clicks, it really clicks.
**Beyond Building: Behalf.bot**
This is the part that changes what Build School is. A select group of Cohort 4 participants have been set up with **Behalf.bot** - a distilled version of the personal AI agent Sean built for himself - which acts as an autonomous operator for their app and their work.
This is a new way of working. Where previous cohorts shipped their MVPs and handed them off to themselves, these builders are handing them off to an agent that works on their behalf. Build School has always been about removing the barrier between having an idea and having an app. Behalf.bot is about removing the barrier between having an app and having it run.

What You'll See
This Demo Night has a different emphasis than previous ones.
We'll show you the apps they built - but the demos are the opening act. The main event is the lessons learned, and this time, that includes lessons about what comes after launch.
Each builder will walk through their process: what surprised them, what didn't work the way they expected, what they'd do differently, and the counterintuitive things nobody tells you before you start building with AI tools. This is candid, practical, and directly useful if you're thinking about building something yourself.

Nine working applications, deployed to production. Real interfaces, real databases, real functionality.
Lessons Learned Deep-Dive
The part that makes this event genuinely useful. Each builder shares what they actually discovered over 30 days. Not polished retrospectives. Honest, actionable takeaways.
The Build to Operate Shift
