You’ve seen seductive demos. Someone tells their AI agent to build a million dollar business then goes & plays a round of golf and comes back to a perfectly working app with customers. It's the dream. So maybe you've attempted it yourself.
You tried setting up OpenClaw or Hermes or now Grok, Muse and Dots only to find yourself swimming in terminals, API keys, config files, error messages written in sanskrit... Or worse yet, you managed to get your agent running but then sat staring at it not knowing what to do with it.
Either way, if you've entered this world you’ve likely spent days-worth of time on tutorials and rabbit holes. And when you get something working the ground is constantly shifting. Every week there’s someone shouting "this new harness changes everything!" It’s a treadmill of shiny objects and it's frankly exhausting to keep up with.

### There’s a better path

Picture Sunday evening after a retreat in the forest. Your agent is running, set up properly and accomplishing real work for you. You now know how to extend it and steer it to delegate meaningful work to it. And have the environment, tools and mindset internalized for how to apply agentic AI in your life in a practical way that saves you time and amplifies your capabilities.
We use building a side hustle as the substrate to learn and apply agentic AI. By the end of the weekend not only do you have tech understanding but also: an audience defined, a list of some of the pressing problems they complain about and are willing to pay to solve. You have a methodology for mining infinite mini sources of pain from your audience, crafting small meaningful solutions, building your list, delivering content and the inkling of a first small product you can sell to them. Best of all you have a bot that you can use to automate much of this.
That’s what this weekend is about.

### Three days to agentic AI mastery while making progress on your side hustle

I’ve had my hands deep in AI agents since February, and spent the year before that learning to use Claude Code well. I’ve spent hundreds of hours working with this stuff, trying things and sifting through rubble to find the gems. And I've spent a lifetime in entrepreneurship and tech startups. This weekend I give you the crystallized diamonds of all the valuable patterns and mindset I've learned.
First, Claude Code: what it is and how to use it. You'll get your own instance running and the proficiency to start building with it. Then we'll step back and learn a more high-level CEO-level of directing it that enables you to use voice and Loom videos to communicate with your agent, wire it into a second brain and use it for strategy, bizdev, operations and of course software engineering.
We'll cover conceptual understanding of the basic fundamentals of app dev, but just enough to make you effective as a non-technical founder without getting into the weeds of all the technical minutiae:

• GitHub basics, so you can build with peace of mind that you can test stuff before it goes live and never lose any work
• Test-driven development, so you can make changes without fear of breaking stuff for customers
• Design-first development, so you can verify your vision before taking on code debt
• Automated deployment, so you can focus on running the biz instead of worrying about infrastructure
• Prompting basics, so you have the mindset and basic vocabulary to self-learn and solve your own problems
• Plus a path for going deeper, and for extending your agent’s capabilities so it performs like an employee and takes more of the load off of you in goal-oriented tasks.

You go home with your own Behalf.bot agent up and running. It handles app development and much of the grunt work of building a business, and you can direct it by voice or with quick Loom videos for max fidelity of communication.
You get a first look at FounderOS, the newest tool in Vibecode Lisboa's arsenal. Its job is to take you from zero to a product you can sell, all the way to your first euro of revenue. It puts a few proven frameworks in order and paces you through them with an AI mentor. Each step has a deliverable, and you don’t move on until it’s done. ### Work hard, then sauna

We’re at DOMA, a countryside club and hotel in a pine forest near Mafra, about 30 minutes from Lisbon. We’ll break up the sessions with hikes, the sauna and the ice bath.
It’s a good way to close out the year. You walk into 2027 with a solid foundation in tools most people are still only reading about, and more importantly, you know how to get useful work out of them.

### Why a side project, and why now

Building something on the side is the best move you can make right now, for two reasons.
First, the skills. Learning to get real work out of an agent while building something real is the fastest way to learn this stuff. What you learn over the weekend is immediately applicable in your day job on Monday and you can begin amplifying your effectiveness at work while building the muscles that help you launch a side hustle.
Second, the side project itself. What you build that weekend is merely the artifact - the trophy that proves you learned the skills.
