I'm finally getting around to teaching a very slow, cozy yoga class at HQ. There are several things you need to bring if you want to participate, so please read the entire description if you plan on coming. Otherwise, you might not have a very good time!

In another life, before I moved back to Longmont, I earned my 500 hr Yoga certification at a school in Ecuador called Durga's Tiger School for Tantra Yoga and Shamanism (say it five times fast). We learned to teach a three-hour yoga flow, and practiced it every single day for six weeks.

Now, don't worry, I don't plan to make you do Yoga for three hours. But I do plan to take you through the abridged version, which takes 90 minutes.

If you don't have much experience with yoga, don't worry! This is very, very entry-level, and roughly half of the sequence happens lying on your back.

This is designed to be very, very slow and relaxing. There won't be music, just quiet. You may find it mind-numbing. But if any of the above sounds like your thing, please come!

Here's what you need to bring, since MMM HQ is, and I cannot stress this enough, NOT A FULLY STOCKED YOGA STUDIO:

  1. A yoga mat
  2. A blanket
  3. A pillow
  4. A willingness to sign a waiver
  5. $15 if you're not a member at HQ (this will be payable with a PayPal QR code on site or in cash)
  6. Patience with me, since I haven't taught this sequence in a few years.
