The Mindful Colouring Circle offers a low-pressure, guided space where you can:
- Slow down racing thoughts
- Practice presence through simple movement
- Regain focus without needing another meeting or decision
- Let your mind recharge in stillness; no performance required

- A calming welcome + short check-in to set your intention
- 30 minutes of focused, silent coloring
- Optional time to reflect or share insights (no pressure)
- A structured, quiet setting that supports mental clarity and emotional balance
