Who is facilitating the event?
Bruno is a former Agile Coach in tech who experienced burnout firsthand — losing energy, focus, and purpose while chasing constant demands. The recovery journey was difficult but transformative, inspiring him to redefine how to live and work.

Through B-wareness, Bruno now helps IT professionals and organizations prevent burnout and foster resilience. His mission is to create workplaces where high performance and well-being coexist, aligned with EU-OSHA’s focus on psychosocial risk prevention and the EU Mental Health Strategy. Using practical, science-based training and coaching tailored to digital work, he supports companies and individuals in building sustainable, healthy ways of working where people truly thrive.
