Mastermind - Collective Peer Support Group for NoCrastinators

Maybe you feel stuck, uncertain, or simply need a space to think out loud with others who understand the creative path.

This circle offers a space to share what’s present for you — personally or professionally — and receive reflections, insights, and inspiration from peers.

We tap into the collective intelligence of the group to uncover new perspectives, possibilities, and next steps.

It’s not about giving advice or fixing anyone — it’s about honest sharing, deep listening, and mutual support.

What to Expect
1. Arrival & Grounding (15 min)
Gentle check-in and grounding practice to help us arrive and connect.
2. Shared Exploration Rounds (60 min)
Each person who wishes to share gets around 10–15 minutes.
You can bring a current challenge or area of stuckness.
The group listens, reflects, and offers thoughts, experiences, or questions — not advice — to help you see new angles and possibilities.
Whether you share or simply listen, you’ll gain valuable perspectives and connection.
3. Closing (15 min)
Group reflections, takeaways, and optional social time.

Freelancers, solopreneurs, changemakers, creatives, and anyone working on an idea or project — especially those who value honesty, depth, and community.

This space is neurodiversity-friendly, non-judgmental, and open to all who are curious to explore together.

Facilitated by
Manuela Kytir, Conscious Living Coach and facilitator, holding space for authentic exploration, emotional intelligence, and creative growth. She brings her background in coaching, product development, and group facilitation to guide sessions that balance structure with flow, safety with spontaneity, and reflection with inspiration.
