Whether you’re rebuilding focus, recovering from burnout, or simply longing for human presence while you work, this session is for you.
We gather online, turn on our cameras, and work quietly together. You don’t have to talk much, you just have to arrive.

- 5 to 15 min Arrival & Check-In (depend on how many people we have on the day) – Say hello, set your intention for the session.
- 50 to 90 min Deep Work ( the length will be decided by how we feel on the day) – Quiet focus with cameras on; we’re in this together.
- 10 min Gentle Discussion – Optional sharing: what moved, what shifted, what you accomplished or the topics that you would like to discuss.
