## Full Agenda:
18:30 - Building a bulletproof Kafka consumer in NodeJs
By Shai Moria SRE team lead & Keren Finkelstein tech lead @ Zooz (PayU)
In this talk, we will share with you our experiences & failures while building Kafka consumers in NodeJs.
How can we recover from a large lag in a consumer group?
How do we handle slow consumers and how can we recover from failures?
We will build with you our recipe for a bulletproof consumer and cover some interesting tradeoffs and decision-making through visibility and code examples.
19:10 - How do search engine crawlers work? And what can we learn from them?
By Ziv Kalderon Engineering Team Lead @ ActiveFence
Crawlers are the backbone of search engines. Without them, we would never be able to find up-to-date content on the web. In this talk, we will understand their underlying logic, implement crawlers using two different techniques (in node.js!), and will cover useful tips for successful crawling.
19:45 - Raffle IntelliJ Licenses + Node.TLV 2022 ticket!! (more details in https://www.nodetlv.com/)
