- NoFap & Semen Retention Bros is an English-speaking community dedicated to uniting individuals who practice semen retention and the NoFap lifestyle (in case of moderate sexual activity).
- Our goal is to connect men committed to daily personal growth and self-improvement. We strive to support one another on this challenging journey, which can often feel isolating, as the mental awakening from this healthier lifestyle leads to a fundamentally different worldview (quite distinct from others).
- The group is designed for chatting and sharing experiences.
There are no rules: since I expect to deal with people who use their brains well, only common sense applies.
